From the moment you open your account, every piece of personal information you share is handled under strict controls.

Payment Data Handling

Your UPI handle, Paytm mobile reference and PhonePe transaction IDs are stored in an isolated payment vault. Only our finance reconciliation system accesses this vault — no marketing or analytics tool touches payment identifiers.

Cookie Usage

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your lobby layout. Analytics cookies are anonymised before processing, and you can manage cookie choices from the Privacy Settings page inside your account.

Account Security Controls

Two-step verification is available on all accounts and we strongly encourage you to enable it. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an email alert to the address registered on your account.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account data is retained for the duration your account remains open. After you close your account, transactional records are kept only for the period required by applicable financial regulations, then permanently deleted.

Third-Party Sharing

We share your data with payment processors (UPI networks, Paytm, PhonePe) solely to complete your transactions. We do not share personal data with advertisers, data brokers or any unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

Requesting Changes to Your Data

You can request correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time through the account portal or by emailing our privacy team. We will confirm the action taken within 72 hours of receiving your verified request.

We collect your name, email address, phone number and date of birth at registration. When you make a deposit, we also log your payment method reference — such as your UPI handle or Paytm-linked mobile number — to process and verify the transaction.

Payment references are stored in an isolated, encrypted vault separate from your account profile. Only the reconciliation system accesses this data. Full card or bank account numbers are never stored on our servers — only the transaction reference issued by the payment network.

Yes. Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and select the Privacy section to submit a data export request. We will prepare a downloadable file of your personal data and notify you by email when it is ready, within 72 hours.

Submit a deletion request through the Privacy section of your account or email our privacy team. Once we verify your identity, we will delete all personal data except the records we are legally required to retain for financial compliance, and confirm the deletion in writing.

After account closure, we delete your profile data as soon as practically possible. Transactional and financial records are retained for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations, after which they are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.

You can update your name, phone number and email address directly from the Account Settings page. For changes to identity documents already submitted for verification, contact our privacy support team via email or live chat and we will guide you through the correction process.
