Account Data Handling

Personal data you submit during account creation is stored on encrypted servers. We use it solely to operate your account, verify deposits and process withdrawals — never sold or shared with third parties outside of legal obligations.

Withdrawal Verification

Every withdrawal is checked against the account's verified identity documents before release. For UPI and PhonePe withdrawals this process typically completes within four hours of the request being submitted.

Two-step login verification is available and strongly encouraged. If we detect unusual login activity on your account, we will temporarily freeze access and notify you via your registered email before any action is taken.

Data Retention

We retain account records for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations. Once that retention window closes, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised unless an active dispute requires us to keep it longer.

Requesting Changes

To request a correction to your account data, or to ask us to delete information where permitted by law, email our data team with your account ID. We aim to acknowledge all such requests within 24 hours.

They apply to every person who opens an account on sattama. Access depends on local law and is available only where permitted in your state or territory within India. Creating an account confirms you have verified your eligibility under applicable local rules.

We may update the terms at any time, but we will notify you by email before a material change takes effect. Continued use of your account after the effective date of a revision means you accept the updated terms. You may close your account if you do not agree.

A breach may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, depending on severity. Any balance subject to an active withdrawal hold at the time of suspension will be reviewed individually and resolved according to the clause on account termination.

Raise a dispute through live chat or email within 30 days of the transaction in question. We will review the payment records — including UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transaction IDs — and aim to issue a written resolution within five business days.

Promotional offers are governed by their own individual conditions, which are published alongside each offer. Those specific conditions take precedence over these general terms where the two overlap. You can find the conditions for any active offer in the promotions section of your account.

Email our data team with your account ID and a description of what you need. We are required to respond within a defined period under applicable Indian data protection rules and will supply the requested data in a readable format where the request is lawful.

These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable Indian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal process may be referred to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where the account was registered, subject to what local law requires.
